Not all Victorian addresses have been matched to parcels of land yet, meaning your search may not always return results. You can improve your chances of finding a match by using more general search terms, including using wildcard “*” “%” symbols. For example, 5* will show all houses containing number 5 and above, while adding a % after a number will show all proceeding odd or even digits depending on the number. For the best chance of success, please ensure the spelling in your search is correct. Results are usually delivered instantly.

Only the search type 'exact match' will return the Title Reference (Volume/Folio), municipality and land description information for Victorian properties that excatly match the criteria entered. Where a property has more than one registered owner, only the name you have entered as your search criteria will be displayed. For information regarding other registered owners you will need to do a Title Search using the Volume & Folio numbers (separate charges will apply.) Results are usually delivered instantly.
