care subsidy - where can I find a supplier of the required child care subsidy governance
documents?
The following documents are required to make an application for the approval of the Child Care Subsidy. If you're a private or public company, sole trader, registered co-operative, Australian state or local government, unincorporated body, association / incorporated body, association/indigenous association or a partnership, you will need to provide the following documents.
An ASIC Company Extract provides comprehensive information about an organisation, including status, address, directors & shareholders. Perform your search by providing the Company Name, ABN or ACN.
An ASIC Personal Name Extract confirms an individual's commerical background, by reporting if they have been an Officeholder (Director or Secretary) of an Australian company. Perform your search by providing the person's name & date of birth. A No Commercial Background Report is also available.
A Banned / Disqualified Registers Extract confirms if an individual is banned from managing companies under the Corporations Act (enforced by ASIC). Perform your search by providing the person's surname. A Corporate Eligibility Report is also available.
A National Bankruptcy Search checks the National Personal Insolvency Index (NPII) to confirm a person's bankruptcy status or history. Perform your search by providing the person's name & date of birth.
Perform an Employment Police Check or Volunteer Police Check to confirm an individual's criminal history record. Information Brokers is an Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC, formerly CrimTrac) accredited agency for Australian Police Checks. Each check requires the applicant's consent & selected ID documents.
