Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Checks are point-in-time checks and are current as of the date of issue.
A copy of the result certificate can be downloaded for a period of 12 months following the release date.
Whilst the results are available for 12 months, each employer or organisation will have their own validity requirements.
Some industries may have legal requirements which mean the check results need to be recent (eg. less than 3 or 6 months old)
