In order to request a Volunteer Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (Volunteer Police Check), the application must be for one of the following reasons only:
A) a voluntary, unpaid role for an organisation that is registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission
or
B) a student undertaking a compulsory unpaid vocational placement, as required under a training course from an Australian-based educational institution;
If you order a Volunteer Police Check & don't provide a valid purpose; refunds cannot be provided.
You will be required to change your application to an Employment Police Check & pay the difference in application fees.
